Compassionate care that listens, understands, and supports you

You're Not Crazy. You're Not Alone.

Too many women have been dismissed, told their symptoms are "just stress," or made to feel like what they're experiencing isn't real. We hear that, and we want you to know: your symptoms are valid, your concerns matter, and you deserve answers.

Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, or other health concerns, we're here to listen, take you seriously, and work with you to find solutions.

Menopause & Hormone Therapy

Dr. Barnes is certified by The Academy for Advanced Women's Health Medicine, bringing specialized expertise to women navigating hormonal transitions.

Menopause is a natural transition, but that doesn't mean you have to suffer through the symptoms. Hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, sleep problems, and brain fog are real—and treatable.

We offer hormone therapy options tailored to your individual needs and health history. We'll take the time to discuss the benefits, risks, and alternatives so you can make an informed decision about your care.

What the Research Shows

The KEEPS Continuation Study (2024) followed women for over a decade after using hormone therapy during early menopause. The findings are reassuring: short-term hormone therapy started within 3 years of menopause showed no long-term negative effects on cognitive function in healthy women with low cardiovascular risk.

This research provides important reassurance for women considering hormone therapy to manage menopausal symptoms.
